Return Policy 

Firearms: Long Guns and Hand Guns have a three day no questions asked return policy. The three day inspection period begins upon arrival to your FFL Dealer’s premises. If at the end of the three days, the firearm is not in transit return, the firearm belongs to the buyer.  It is wise to stay in contact with your FFL dealer to see when your gun arrives. We try to make it easy for you to keep track of your shipment by emailing a tracking number to you. If you do not receive an email from us with a tracking number, check your spam box for it. When returning a firearm it must be received back in the same condition that it was in when shipped to the buyer. All shipping costs are incurred by the buyer. No refunds will be given before the gun is received by The Boise Gun Co. and inspected to ensure that the firearm is in the same condition that it was sent out to the buyer. Once this is done a full refund will be made to the buyer minus the shipping costs.

Ammunition:We have a no return policy on ammunition. No exceptions.

All Other Items:If items are defective the item can be returned as it was received with packaging and invoice or receipt for an exchange only of a non-defective like item. No cash refunds. This part of the return policy does not apply to guns and ammunition. The only time that a cash refund will be given is if the item buyer has purchased cannot be replaced, no exceptions.
